We are doing a series of KTCs about the value of meaningful conversations as part of our current moderator training.
If you have some exposure to KTCs, we’d love you to join us.
Please join us for a Virtual Kitchen Table Conversation
The world of work was changing before 2020, but the conditions caused by the pandemic heighten organisations’ sensitivity around employee care and engagement. Over the past 2 years, management’s understanding of the power and importance of an engaged workforce has evolved. The focus has shifted from streamlining and re-engineering processes in the workplace to employee retention and engagement.
In a world where dispersed and distributed workforces connecting remotely, it may be more difficult to deal with the communication requirements of a diverse population. Whether cultural, cognitive, psychological or lifestyle, organisations are striving to ensure that each person feels accepted, respected, and comfortable to speak up, creating conversations that move the bar, challenge the status quo or enhance value-add.
Our question: How might we set up an environment where everyone feels empowered to participate in meaningful conversations?
Please join us to discuss how we might create or enhance the workplace environment to ensure employees feel empowered to participate in positive and constructive conversations that move the bar to a new level?
