Innovation and creativity have become the business buzzwords of the 21st century. But are leaders teaching, or even encouraging, the building blocks of creativity and innovation at work? In many organisations, the first thing an employee learns is to keep their head down and not to ask questions.
To build truly innovative and creative populations, we must foster a sense of belief that thee are answers to problems and/or challenges. How might the KTC approach be used to foster creativity and innovative thought within an organisation?
