The fierce competition for top talent seems certain to continue during the foreseeable future. As organisations strive to populate their top ranks with outstanding management, leadership requirements have evolved radically.
No longer can a manager just focus on ‘delivery’. The workplace must be an inviting and engaging environment that fosters inclusion and creativity. We know that using the KTC approach changes the way people interact, behave, and think about conversation, but what might we see in terms of employee dedication and engagement, if organisational values included the foundational principles of KTCs?
In a quickly evolving and harsh business landscape that is leaving many organisations behind, how might the KTC approach be used as a tool to strengthen collaboration, teamwork, and diversity? What type of employee might be attracted in the process?
