Tyoch provides a professional, branded umbrella association for like-minded and high-quality professionals who strive to exceed expectations and go the extra mile.
- On Tyoch, your bio, photo and list of courses or coaching areas coupled with descriptions, allows potential clients to connect with you quickly
- The built-in Coach & Trainers’ Management System allows you to track participant’s progress through their course of studies, store learning material, post your class/coaching schedule, amalgamate evaluations and comments, and assess results
- A collaboration forum connects you with other coaches and trainers. Develop new concepts and brainstorm solutions for design, formatting and/or other training development challenges with help from your peers
- A built-in online shop allows you to sell courses materials, books, etc. without extra investment
We negotiate contracts with businesses and provide standard reports to them regarding any training their people attend. We conduct client requirement surveys, and can assist you with high-quality, effective program design tailored to specific needs, while still acknowledging and showcases your expertise. Our processes help determine your ‘best fit’ clients and we market your services to audiences that know of, and trust, the quality we deliver.
Tyoch has a consistent ‘look and feel’ for client-facing collateral. Standardised interfaces allow you to compare your programs and client interaction with others in the field; from course to course and company to company. Our ‘on-call’ experts can be used to provide you with feedback and guidance on training format and design, collateral development. and formatting.
The cost for you
Tyoch was conceived using a very simple principle; Outstanding experts who help make a difference, should get paid appropriately. We do not charge upfront or ‘joiner’ fees. When you sell a course or coaching service, Tyoch retains 10% of those fees to defray the costs of running the platform. We know it’s a lofty goal, but we believe that with enough of the right people, this business model, which puts the majority of the revenue into the service provides pocket, will work.
Our Star Rating System
We haven’t quite implemented this fully, but it is on our plan and coming soon!!
We look for high quality coaches and trainers, who receive a star rating based upon feedback from real clients.
For coaches, we acknowledge that clients need a variety of intervention approaches and service offers. We require that all our coaches hold their certification through a reputable association and/or university. We do not dictate which association or university. There are pro’s and con’s associated with each training program and school.
Your level of excellence is truly influenced not only by the quality of instruction you have received, but also by your dedication to self-awareness, professional development and lifelong learning. If you are new to coaching and our community, we offer you mentorship and coaching that will help accelerate your understanding of key concepts that define excellent coaching practice and increase your ability to connect with your true coach’s voice. We look for authentic, dedicated coaches who strive to add value to every conversation and interaction.
For trainers with experience just provide the names of three reference clients to get started on your journey with us. We will contact them and assign you a starter set’ of stars that will set your rating on the platform. Once you begin presenting your training program, client rating will be automatically rolled up into your ‘star score’.
