Le burn-out est un terme que l’on entend beaucoup depuis plusieurs années. Il a des conséquences graves pour les personnes qui le vivent, mais aussi des conséquences financières sérieuses pour les entreprises.

Mais qu’est-ce que c’est au juste ? C’est la conséquence d’un stress chronique au travail qui conduit à un épuisement physique, émotionnel et mental. Ce processus insidieux peut prendre plusieurs années à s’installer.

Et en cette période spéciale de pandémie qui engendre stress, télétravail, surcharge de travail, difficulté de concilier vie privée et professionnelle, comment faire?

About Florence Tollet is an organizational psychologist graduated from Université Libre de Bruxelles and holds an MBA (Strategy and Change Management, Université du Québec in Montréal) and trainer.
