This virtual course is part of the Inclusion and Diversity Program.
One of the first steps in enabling your organisation to discuss difficult issues such as gender identification and preferences is to provide terminology. An important second step is how colleagues approach the conversation. Learn common, accepted terminology and strategies for approaching conversations about gender.
