Burnout for Men 1: Introduction
The consequences of burnout can often be overlooked but they have a tremendous impact on an individual’s life, family and career.With the ever-increasing rate of burnout in the workplace, it is becoming clear that men, and the lack of awareness surrounding special elements associated with our specific challenges is particularly prevalent. I have developed this course to allow participants to increase their awareness and to begin to build a toolkit that will proactively combat the elements that lead to burnout. At the completion of this series, as well as improved insight and knowledge of the components of burnout, participants will better understand themselves and how to prevent burnout.
